Unfortunate experience here. I've only ever had my car hand washed and this is the first time I've ever had a bunch of swirl marks on my car from somebody washing the truck. They were quick to dismiss it and say, "You always have swirl marks whenever you wash your car," which isn't true. You don't always have swirl marks. Most likely from not pre-rinsing the car or a dirty bucket but I wasn't there micromanaging them. They did not offer to fix it. I tried to talk to whoever the manager on duty was and he just blew it off so unfortunately I would recommend not going here.

I asked for a basic inside and out wash. The left multiple big splatters on my grill and didn’t even bother to wipe my dash…just wipe the dash not shine it. I’ve come here twice years apart thinking ok that was a one off experience. Nope. It’s consistent. Would not recommend.

I’ve come to this car wash for years and randomly I was up-charged $30 for dog hair. The apparent “owner” was rude and when I stated how much I usually pay his exact words “ I make the prices” Then when I wanted my carpets cleaned he added an additional $150 vs the last time I came they said it would only be an additional $40. I’ll never come back.

I have supported this business for more than two years, but the level of service has become consistently unacceptable. Nearly every time I picked up my vehicle, I found obvious areas left completely uncleaned—especially in the trunk of my van, along the inner door panels, and other spots that should not be missed if anyone is paying attention. I repeatedly had to point these issues out, and the manager would come out, see the mistakes for himself, and then clean the areas personally. This has happened at least three times, which is completely unreasonable for a paid service. During my most recent visit, I clearly told the manager at drop-off that I wanted the van cleaned thoroughly because of the repeated issues. Despite that, the same mistakes were made again. When I pointed out the missed areas, he became irritated instead of taking responsibility for the ongoing poor service. I paid $60 for that cleaning, and the quality was still not acceptable. Shortly afterward, I used the restroom and realized my phone was missing. The price is about right for the service promised but at times they forget to clean what they need to. Had to come back and waist an additional 30 minutes of my kids time because they failed to clean and vacuum all the truck including the trunk. I have 5 kids so yes they can get messy but thats why I pay the extra for the truck to be cleaned and vacuumed properly.
